At all times the main priority held by Jez Consulting is the resourcing of its clients with Quality Systems, whether this is the training in or development of Management Systems, Customer Service Systems, Human Resource Recruitment/Management, or whatever a client requires!

All procedures and policies that Jez Consulting develops on a client’s behalf address all of the key functions of their organisation.

The service provided by Jez Consulting includes:-

ü       Writing and provision of Quality Procedures Manuals.

ü       Writing and provision of Quality Policy Manuals.

These manuals can be provided in one of a number of formats, such as Straight Text, Flow Chart, Point Form, on-line Computer Based manual-incorporating Hyperlinks, etc.

ü       Provision of Documents, Forms & Software Registers.

ü       Continuous Improvement & Corrective Action Sheet Registers.

ü       Internal Quality Audit Schedules & Register.

ü       Preferred Supplier Register (including Supplier Assessment Sheets).

ü       Personnel/Training Register (including Skills Matrix & Key Position Analysis Sheets).

ü       Standards Compliance Matrix.

ü       Assistance with design of any new forms required for the system.

These Registers and Forms can be provided in one of a number of formats, such as Paper based, Computer based-Document Templates, and/or integrated into an interoffice e-mail system (if available).

Assistance with selection of and liaison with Third Party Certification Body.

Jez Consulting is not tied in to using any particular Certification Body, we offer all clients the opportunity to chose between a number of Certification Bodies; based on cost, recommendations and personal preferences.
